Erica Ross
RN, BSN
Erica grew up in Daytona Beach, FL. Having developed a passion for little ones at a young age, she began babysitting at age twelve. She continued this path and worked at the Helen Kottle day care center and KinderCare before heading to college. Erica attended Tennessee State University in Nashville where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. During her time in Tennessee, Erica assisted many families with their childcare needs and also worked at Primrose Preschool.
Erica later decided she wanted to pursue a career in nursing, so she went back to school and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University. After graduating, she worked at Old Harding Pediatrics and then Wolfson, where she gained valuable experience working on the Med-Surg, Neuro and GI units. She gained more experience at Flagler Hospital on the Maternal/Newborn floor and has now worked in the Maternal/Newborn floor at Baptist downtown since 2018.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, attending plays, traveling and shopping. She is excited to assist parents as they embark upon this new and exciting chapter in their lives.
